The location was fantastic and very central. In fact, it was really close to the centre, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, & Puerta del Sol and tapas restaurants. Recently renovated and cosy rooms like in the pictures with everything you could need.

No reason to complain, didn't feel like leaving. Stayed there for 5 nights, enjoyed it. The room was new-fashioned and newly decorated, an iron, coffee and tea making facilities, and cable programming were available too. There was a bidet in the private bathroom. The location was particularly good to sightseeing locations, and had everything you needed.

Nice apartment, access to a handy kitchenette, good bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Great setting, just off all attractions in the center, airport, and bars and tapas restaurants. Btw, located right next to metro station. Very, very nice and understanding staff and no reason to complain. Exceptionally comfortable bed, hypo-allergenic pillows.
Bad free Wi-Fi.

I recently stayed at Arizonica Suites for two nights and I had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to the city center and right next to the Noviciado Metro station. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating my group of eight. It had everything we needed, from complimentary breakfast pastries and coffee pods to a well-equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances. The parking facility was a great bonus, although maneuvering in and out of the garage could be a bit tight. The staff at Arizonica Suites were understanding and accommodating, helping us with a late check-in and storing our luggage after check-out. it was a great value for money stay with excellent facilities and a convenient location.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The location of Arizonica Suites was perfect, just a short walk away from Gran Via and all the major attractions in the historic center. There were plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. Plus, it only took us 30 minutes by car to reach the airport, making our departure stress-free. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a washing machine. The exterior blinds were a great addition, as they helped block out both the heat and the noise from the outside.
While the apartment at Arizonica Suites was overall very clean, we did notice that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. one of the bedrooms was quite tiny, and both bathrooms were not attached to the bedrooms.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located studio in Madrid. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with a metro station right at the foot of the apartment. The host was very accommodating and even arranged for the janitor to give us the keys when we arrived late in the evening. There was a supermarket nearby, convenient for grabbing breakfast essentials. The free parking underground was a huge bonus, as we didn't need to move the car. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madrid.

The best part about our stay was the excellent hosts. They were very accommodating and made sure we could get the keys, even late on a Sunday evening. the apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. We loved the fact that it was right next to a metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. being within walking distance to popular attractions like La Gran Via and Palacio Real was a huge advantage.
The apartment did not provide daily cleaning service. This meant that we had to purchase extra toilet paper, which was a bit inconvenient.
